4th Grade
4th Grade Team
Welcome parents and students!
Student Work:
Students are expected to listen to the read aloud, write a reader's response, and complete a math assignment each day. Please incorporate some "brain-break" time in between each assignment to relax and refresh before starting another task.
We are asking that assignments be turned in daily via email, Remind, or Google Classroom. If you are completing the assignment on paper, simply take a picture of the assignment and send it through Remind or email to your child's teacher. We will NOT be collecting paper copies of work.
Students are also expected to earn 3% per week on ST Math. Teachers will be monitoring student progress, but please send pictures of the "Today's Accomplishments" page to your child's teacher when students log out if a percentage is earned. If students have already completed 100% progress on ST Math, they should be competing in the Prodigy March Challenge or working on SumDog during the week.
We have also included a choice board with additional projects and activities. The choice board is optional, but students will earn house points for each activity that is completed!
Questions and Finding Information:
We know that there will be many difficulties along the way through this journey and we are here to help! All 4th grade teachers will be holding "office hours" at certain times throughout the day. If questions come up, you can click the "Teacher Help Request" button at the bottom of this page and ANY 4th grade teacher will assist you during their office hours. A teacher will respond to you as soon as possible.
Additional information will be posted on the Lytle Elementary Facebook page and the district website. Please be checking these locations periodically for updated information!
