Extended Break Due to COVID-19

Spring Break has been extended due to COVID-19

Iowa Governor Reynolds recommends that all Iowa schools close for four weeks
Break has been extended through Sunday, April 12th
Students are currently scheduled to return on Monday, April 13th

Other ideas for your Montessori child(ren):

- Start growing an indoor garden to transfer outdoors when the weather warms up

- Follow a recipe from scratch

- Set the table for the whole family

- Take virtual field trip (e.g. zoos, space, Egyptian pyramids, etc.)

- Write hand-written letters to extended family, friends, elderly in nursing homes, etc.

- Write "how-to" books
