The Prosper ISD Board of Trustees held a special meeting on August 21, 2023, where, by a unanimous vote, the Board of Trustees passed a measure to place a bond referendum comprising four propositions on the upcoming November ballot for a total of $2,807,000,000.

Improves and expands the district’s athletic facilities, including the construction of a new stadium with seating for 8,000 and renovations to turf and tracks at existing facilities.
Proposition D – $125,000,000
Allocates funds for constructing a new Performing Arts Center, providing a space for students to perform in dance, theater, music, and the visual arts.

To vote in Texas, you must first register. There are many ways to register. No matter which way you choose, your county’s voter registrar must receive your application at least 30 days before an election.
Ways to register to vote:
- In-person. Visit your county’s Voter Registrar office.
- By mail. Pick up a voter registration application from your county’s Voter Registrar office, public libraries, government offices, or high schools.
- Online. Fill out your voter registration application through our online portal here, then print, sign, and mail it to your county’s Voter Registrar office.

PROCESS FOR SPEAKING AT BOARD MEETINGS
The Prosper ISD Board of Trustees welcomes public comment at Board meetings. In order to provide an efficient process at the Board meetings, we ask that individuals complete the Public Comment Form and submit it no later than noon on the day of the meeting. The Notice of Meeting/Agenda is posted 72 hours in advance of the Board meeting.
