RockENROLL Guide

Re-Registration is an annual process where you advise your school

of your student’s plans to continue schooling for the upcoming school year.

All families who are currently schooling with us
need to submit their re-registration plans
by selecting either Re-Registering or Not Re-Registering.

LEGAL GUARDIANS

Online Re-registration should be completed by a student’s Legal Guardian*.

LEARNING COACHES

Unfortunately, as of 2020, Learning Coaches who are not also the Legal Guardian on file can only complete re-registration by calling the Enrollment Center.

Instructions for all are listed in the buttons below.

*If there has been a recent change in guardianship for your student, please contact the school admin office to update your student’s records.

The re-registration portal will open on Thursday, February 25th!

It will remain open through June.

However, do NOT delay re-registering!

Remember, this process saves your seat for next year before our enrollment opens!

The Parent Portal is the online tool that you may have used to submit your student's initial enrollment application. The Parent Portal is also where Re-Registration is completed; you will sometimes see the section of the Parent Portal for Re-Registration referred to as the Registration Portal.

There are 4 different pathways for re-registering.

Determine which path you are and then click on the button below.

A new tab will open with specific details and instructions on how to complete your re-registration.

1. I am the Legal Guardian AND the Learning Coach
2. I am a Legal Guardian WITH a Parent Portal Account
3. I am a Legal Guardian WITHOUT a Parent Portal Account
4. I am the Learning Coach but NOT the Legal Guardian
