Free Flu Vaccinations - forms due 9/9

Please fill out and sign the consent form ASAP. The consent form must be returned by Sep 9th. If permission forms are not returned or are incomplete, then the student will not receive the flu vaccination. Please note, the flu vaccine is only available in an injectable (shot) form in Bryan County Schools. [Scroll to bottom of newsletter for links to the necessary forms]
If you have any questions, please call the Bryan County Health Dept. at 653-4331 (Pembroke) or 756-2611 (Richmond Hill).
