Happy February, and welcome to a month of loving wellness!

With dōTERRA supplements and essential oils, you can love yourself and your family by giving your bodies what they need to function at their best. Shipping update: As of January 20, our Dallas fulfillment center has started using our sustainable paper shipping solutions. Boxes will no longer contain any bubble wrap or plastic pillows, and the products will be completely supported by paper. The shipping boxes are made from sustainable forestry, which contains less corrugate and more recycled materials with printing from soy-based ink. These paper solutions are 100% curbside recyclable. Over this next year we are working to transition our other facilities. The next two to transition will be Brampton and Calgary in Canada and then Atlanta and London by April 2020. Hooray!

Slim & Sassy Gum Update - updated formula: dōTERRA has removed maltodextrin, modified food starch, & rice starch. I love that they were able to reformulate to make this product even better!

Microwaveable hand warmers are easy to make and reuse. For fabric, consider upcycling an old cotton or flannel shirt, but be sure to select a fabric that is natural as synthetic fabrics may melt or burn when heated. Store with clothing or linen to freshen your closet, replenish hand warmers with essential oils when desired, and enjoy! Try the new Ravintsara!

Yarrow Oil

Yarrow products in general have become increasingly popular due to the wide range of benefits they provide. Yarrow essential oil has a high chamazulene content and is a great source of beta-Caryophyllene. It is similar to some of the blue oils; however, unlike Blue Tansy, which should only be used aromatically and topically, yarrow is recognized by the FDA as a food additive (meaning it is safe for ingestion). Many yarrow products on the market contain thujone, which is a chemical that is toxic to the nervous system and should never be ingested. However, the doTERRA Yarrow oil has been tested through the CPTG® process to ensure it does not contain thujone in any trace amounts.

Pomegranate Seed Oil

Pomegranate seed oil (PSO) is the carrier oil in this blend, but it is also packed with some beneficial qualities that you might not be aware of. doTERRA’s PSO is extracted through cold press, which has been found to have much better physiochemical and nutritional qualities compared to PSO extracted through other methods, like CO2 extraction. Our cold pressing method provides the highest amount of crucial fatty acids while also keeping the resulting PSO free of impurities.
