Thank you for a wonderful Back To School Night! I appreciate your partnership in continuing the success of Hilltop Elementary School.

Important Reminders

Lunches do not need to be pre-ordered for the 2023-2024 school year
Students that are enrolled in enrichments should have their pick up patrol updated. Please choose enrichments for dismissal on the days your child is attending after school.

Parent Council

We have an opening on the Hilltop Parent Council for grade 2. Please email Mr.Mucha if you are interested in volunteering.

Drop Off

Please make sure to pull all the way up to Officer Ryerson for drop off. Students should not get out of the cars until you have reached the back driveway. Please only use the one drop off location.

Enrichments:

Looking for a class where your child can get some exercise while having fun with friends? At both schools we still have openings in Kickball and Girls Field Hockey and Hilltop also offers Yoga!
How about some time for creativity? Hilltop has openings in Cartoon Creations, Painting, and Crafty Fun with STEAM.
What about learning something new? MVMS is offering Astronomy and Hilltop is offering American Sign Language and Exploration and Discovery. There really is something for everyone!
Classes will begin on September 19. Tuesdays classes will not meet on 10/31 and will make up that class on 11/21.
For those new to our schools, enrichment classes take place after school from 3:30 4:30. Students remain at school after dismissal and can be picked up at 4:30.

*Reminder, your HSA membership must be current before you sign up for Enrichment.

Walk and Roll:

Walking to school is a great way for students to start the day! Join us on Friday, 9/15 for our first Walk and Roll of the school year.
Mr. Mucha will lead our walking train from the gazebo up to school at 8:15!
We will have a table at the front of school and on the back patio. Make sure you check in at the table to get credit and a sticker if you walked to school that day! Walk and Roll will continue every Friday until 10/27 and the top three classes with the most walkers will receive extra recess!
