My Guess
Man this taste good
For my project, I consumed some caffeine and wrote down. In those 27 hours, I had a Duncan Donuts iced coffee. The DD Iced coffee contained 53mg of caffeine. Only 13% of caffeine leaves your body an hour. My chart below shows a 30 hour period I was testing if the caffeine will ever leave.
My Equation
I created this equation by using the 53mg of caffeine in the DD Iced coffee from day two. The 87% will always be multiple from whatever amount of caffeine remains. 27 is the hour I technically had the ice coffee.

Why you should stop drinking caffeine?
Caffeine is a stimulant which causes an energy boost. The effects can linger longer than needed if you add more onto what still there. 5g to 10g can be deadly. My advice to you don't heavily eat and drink products that have high doses of caffeine in it. Don't pass the daily limit; keep track of how much you intake.
