The safety and well-being of all of our students, staff members and school communities is of the utmost importance to us. We are committed to fostering safe and caring learning environments that support all students. We understand that many in our community may currently be experiencing feelings of anxiety, sadness and fear. The Ventura County Office of Education has compiled a comprehensive list of resources with information regarding helping students of all ages cope with disturbing events in the news that can be difficult for them to process. Families are also encouraged to be extra mindful of children's social media use. These resources are available via the following link: https://www.vcoe.org/helping-students.
Please know that social-emotional support is also always available on our campuses for our students and staff members through our Wellness Rooms, Counselors and Mental Health Clinicians.
- The school cafeteria menus for November are now available on the My School Menus website!

- Important Reminder: School meals are available at NO COST for all students.
During this week: November 6th - 10th, the CVUSD recognizes National School Psychology Week as a time to highlight the important work and contributions of school psychologists to help all students thrive. School Psychologists are specially trained to deliver a continuum of mental health services and academic supports that remove barriers to learning; and help children to thrive by assessing and nurturing their individual strengths across both personal and academic endeavors. We are so thankful for their invaluable contributions all year through, and we encourage the entire CVUSD community to share their gratitude to our School Psychologists this week. Click here to learn more.
Calendar Reminder: There is no school this Friday, November 10th as all CVUSD schools and District Offices will be closed in honor of Veterans Day.
