3. Use the Magic Link for an alternative option

The Magic Link is a great way to invite a large number of members to the Team Account. You can copy and paste the Magic Link as well as email template into an email and send it out to your desired recipients. Anyone who received the Magic Link will then be able to click on it to join the Team Account.

Q. Who can I invite to my Team Account?

A: You can invite anyone you'd like - teachers, principals, coaches, the PTO, the district office. We recommend checking our Educator Hive for inspiration on how the school and district faculty can use Smore to communicate with their audience.

Q: How can I remove members?

A: Simply click on the three dots next to the member's name and then click "Remove".

Q: A potential team member already has a Smore account. Will they lose their existing newsletters if they are invited to my Smore for Teams Plan?

A: When you have an existing Smore account that is later invited to join a Smore for Teams plan, we do not generate a new account for you. Once you join the Team plan with the same email address, you will have the same account with all of your Mailing Lists and newsletters.

The only difference you will see is you will have access to the Paid Plan features through your membership to the Smore for Teams instead of your personal plan.
