Episode 21: Itty Bitty Books
Professional Learning Tidbits for Teachers in About Two Minutes
Resources
In the video, I reference Epic! Teachers can register for a free account and provide access for their students to read or listen to digital books during the school day. The many informational books are a great way to support your students in building knowledge. To help ensure students are getting the most out of the experience, I highly encourage teachers to have students write something in response to what they read. Itty bitty books are a wonderful place to record something you learned, something that was interesting, or something you are wondering about.
