Dr. Carol Tolx (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Provides leadership and direction to the Human Resources Department. Supervises the execution of the following: Employment Services, Labor Relations, Professional Standards, Health Benefits, EAP, and Recruitment and Retention. Oversees human capital management for all current and potential employees including recruiting, selecting, onboarding, developing, evaluating, investigating, recognizing, and retaining a high performing workforce. Collaborates with the union and various committees to ensure a constructive, positive work environment.

Beth Katits (Executive Secretary)
Supports the Superintendent of Schools, Chief Human Resources Officer and the Human Resources Department. Provides ongoing training and transitioning. Assists with the development of the personnel agenda, managing department budgets, coordinates CEA-Admin forum and Support Staff Advisory. Manages Safe Schools online training and compliance. Assists the Communications Coordinator with district publications and communications.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided through Health Advocate by the Delaware Valley Trusts and Centennial School DIstrict. It is available 24/7 to all employees, their spouses, dependent children, parents and in-laws, and gives access to confidential short term counseling (up to five sessions at no cost) and resources to help create a happier, healthier balance between work and life. Please be aware that Centennial School District only works with Henderson Brothers as our Third Party Administrator for the 403b deductions, and the TIAA Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association as our retirement plan provider.
