Our mission is to reduce substance abuse in youth and to create a community culture supporting healthy choices and responsible behaviors in youth and adults.

The SJIPC started in 2003 and continues to help support our schools, organizations and community members with wellness promotion and prevention strategies.

This is a requirement from WA State which continues to fund wellness promotion including youth leadership, the Student Assistance Professional in the school district, the Mentoring Program, LifeSkills Training, Second Step, and Strengthening Families.
