What a week we had at Primary! We started the week by releasing our butterflies! Our Pups were so proud to see them spread their wings and fly off! We ended the week with our very own Petting Zoo in our front yard!

We were so happy to have Happy Trails Ponies and Petting Zoo bring their amazing animals to our school. Farmer Steve was so wonderful and patient with our pups and the animals enjoyed getting brushed and fed.

Our 4 year old classes are working super hard as they are getting ready for kindergarten! We will be visiting their elementary schools next week for a special preview of what's to come next year! Our elementary principals and kindergarten teachers are so very excited to meet our Primary Pups.

We are looking forward to our Memorial Day Parade next week! Parade times are at 10AM and 12:45PM. Our Wall High School NNDCC Color Guard will be leading our parade and flag salute. Parents and friends are welcome to come out and see our Patriotic Pups. Parents who need to take their children after the parade to get to Field Day or other end of the year events for siblings are welcome to do so.

The Primary Promotion Ceremony will be held on June 12, 2023 at 10AM , outdoors at the Wall Municipal Complex. If it rains, (or there is a very strong chance of rain) it will be held at Wall Intermediate School in the Auditorium. We will make the call on or before 8AM on 6/12/23.

There will not be a rain date as previously discussed as the ground will not be suitable for a ceremony after a rainstorm.

• PK4 Students who are currently enrolled in Primary School will automatically be enrolled in Kindergarten for the 23-24 School Year. (You do not need to register.)
• Kindergarten Registration for new students to the district will open on February 1st.
• Primary Registration for new students to the district will open on February 15th. (As there are limited spots, tuition students are admitted in order of application submission.)
• Registration is virtual.
• All information regarding registration can be found on the WTPS website in the Students and Families drop down menu.
• If you are a current PK 3 family, you do not need to register for PK4, but you will need to confirm you are returning.
• You will be sent a new contract/application by email from Kerrin McGowan.
• You will need to confirm your spot and submit the application by 3/31/23.
