Student Showcase
The Board of Education Student Showcase recognizes students with top honors in local, state, and national competitions. These student awards are provided through the generous support of the MPS Foundation.
Board Approves 2024-25 Student Calendar
The Board of Education approved the 2024-25 Student Calendar. It is now available on the district website.
Board Receives AP and Dual Enrollment Reports
Millard's Advanced Placement culture and opportunities to dual enroll in courses to receive both high school and college credit continue to serve students and families well. Millard offers 27 AP courses, and Millard students took over 2,500 AP tests in the past year. The number of AP Scholars for this past school year was 460, an increase from the previous year. AP Scholars are students who receive scores of three or higher on three or more AP Exams.
Millard students taking advantage of dual enrollment classes last year earned 26,416 college credits. The total savings in reduced tuition through enrollment in UNO and Metro Community College came to $2,227,480 for the year.
