December Days
Dear Lemoore Elementary Families,
December is here! That means cooler temperatures and some unpredictable weather. Please check the local news channels, our website, and/or Facebook page for possible foggy days.
We have some fun events scheduled during the month of December including winter performances and dress up days. Attendance continues to be very important during these three weeks until winter break. Please make sure students are here every day and on time.
As a reminder, PLEASE do not drop off or pick up your child in the middle of the parking lots. This is especially important in the Jefferson lot as the buses are being blocked. If you are pulling into the parking lot, please park your vehicle.
Lastly, throughout the year, children tend to misplace personal items. Please encourage your child to look in the “lost and found” for missing clothing articles. After December 20th, any remaining items will be cleaned and donated to local organizations.
It is my hope that every family has a prosperous Winter Break and that everyone takes time to relax, rejuvenate and get geared up for a successful 2020! Thank you for a wonderful 2019 and as always, the Lemoore Elementary community will continue to provide rigorous, exciting, challenging and rewarding instruction to ALL students. Let’s continue to work as a team to do what is best for our students.
Winter Break begins on December 23 and school resumes on January 13th. Enjoy your holiday!

Week before Winter Break Dress-up Days December 16th - 20th
To celebrate the week before Winter Break, there will be some fun dress-up days!
Monday, December 16th is wear Red and Green Day. Students can wear as much red and green as possible. (Regular Day Schedule)
Tuesday, December 17th is Holiday Sock day. Students can wear a fun pair of holiday socks.
Wednesday, December 18th is Holiday Hat day. Students can rock their best holiday hair or hat!
Thursday, December 19th is dress for winter day. It's cold out there, so students can wear their craziest winter attire. (tree/snowman/elf/ugly sweater)
Friday, December 20th is Pajama Day. Students can snuggle up in their best, warmest Pajamas. (Minimum Day Schedule - 1:25 pm dismissal)
