Parents and Guardians,
Hello! Here at school, we have begun to discuss our emotions. In this specific newsletter we will be discussing emotions in general. It's okay to feel mad, sad, or happy. All emotions are normal. Learning happens best when it is done both at school and at home. Below are many ways that you can help your child continue to learn about emotions, through reading about it, talking about it, and practicing it! Thank you and have a great day!

Here are some discussion points to help you talk about emotions with your child:

•What does it mean to feel jealous?
•What can you do when you feel jealous?

5 Essentials Survey is Now Open
The Illinois State Board of Education is conducting a parent survey to collect data on your child's school. The survey will provide valuable information to the school staff and administration. Please click on the link to take the survey.
The Greater Chicago Food Depository in Lyons Township
The Greater Chicago Food Depository is extending its Mobile Pantry program to Lyons Township locations. Open to the public. It is recommended that you bring your own grocery bags.
Mobile food pantries will be at the following locations:

Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer Program (P-EBT)
The State of Illinois is approved to provide new Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer Program (P-EBT) benefits to all eligible Illinois students.
At this time, it is very important for all families to ensure that the mailing address on file at your enrolling school is current. A complete mailing address will be needed to receive the P-EBT issuance in the near future.
Please contact the office or complete this form if you have changed addresses.
