Message From The Principal

Hornet Families,

We are off and running into the new semester! Our students returned from Winter break last week ready to learn! This upcoming week there will be no school tomorrow (Monday, January 15th) as we observe Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Students return to school on Tuesday, January 16th.

Also, on Tuesday, Parent Conference Night Sign-Up letters will be sent home in Tuesday Folders. Parent Conference Night will take place on Thursday, January 25th. Please complete the form as necessary and reach out to your student's teacher with any questions.

NEW Check-In/Out Time for Student Attendance

Effective on January 8th, 2024, in order for students to be counted in attendance for the school day they must check-in no later than 10:20AM and must not check-out earlier than 12:40PM. These check-in and check-out times reflect and align with NCPS Board Policy 4400.
