Calling all students! Do you like to dance? Do you enjoy hip hop music? Then it's your time to join the PAWS Hip hop Dance Squad. In order to join this group you need to be enrolled in the PAWS program; if you have questions about how to sign up for the PAWS program ask Ms. Anthony. If you are interested and want to sign up to audition for the PAWS Hip Hop Dance Squad, go and see Mrs. Hill in room 602 right after school to get a sign-up sheet.

Mr. Phillips, who has been the LMS Attendance/Security Clerk since last year, will be leaving us to go to E.C. Glass to take over as leader of the Culinary Arts program. We will miss you Mr. Phillips. E.C. Glass is gaining a fantastic leader for their program!

TheSPOT is looking for funding again this year. There is a Go Fund Me available here https://www.gofundme.com/f/middle-school-newspaper-printing-costs

Money donated goes directly to printing costs. This allows us to put a newspaper in the hands of every student. This newspaper works to enrich our school community through information about teachers and students, as well as informing the public about the good work that is happening in and around our community. It is also creating a new generation of amazing writers and journalists.

Friday, October 4th, Lynchburg City will honor Breast Cancer Awareness with a city wide campaign to WEAR PINK. Please join the city of Lynchburg and our schools by wearing PINK on Friday October 4th!!! THINK PINK!!!
