A Message From The Principal
Greetings,
Friendly reminder that this rotation is scheduled to end March 26th. When we return from Spring Break there will be two more rotations where students have the potential to earn 2 credits per rotation. I want to encourage students to continue to work.
Also, for those students who want to get caught up or even get ahead summer school registration is currently open. Please check in with Mrs. Nassar to determine the best classes to sign up for.
Last fall we asked our parents and caregivers to complete a survey to provide a baseline of our work within our Invest in Warren Strategic Plan. Starting Monday, March 15th, we will be asking our parents and caregivers to complete a follow up survey. These results will provide us with data and information to measure our success and identify areas for improvement. Links to the survey will be shared through each school’s newsletter.
As you may recall, when we delayed the start of the 20-21 school year due to COVID, we had to shorten our Spring Break from two weeks to one. Spring Break is scheduled for March 29th - April 2nd. School will resume on Monday, April 5th.
Students are either following an AM or PM schedule and again expected to attend in person unless other arrangements have been made. If you have questions about your student's schedule do not hesitate to reach out directly to the school at 317-532-2996.
Stay Well!
AM Schedule
Period 1 9:00-10:15
Period 2 10:16-11:55
PM Schedule
Period 3 1:00-2:40
Period 4 2:41-3:55
If you have questions on whether or not your student is an AM or PM student please reach out directly to the school at 317-532-2996 or email our Guidance Counselor Ms. Nassar at jnassar@warren.k12.in.us.
As always thank you for allowing me to serve your students.

Social Work Corner...Message From Ms. Dodson
From the Desk of the Social Worker…
Here at the Renaissance we have a diverse group of women represented by staff and students.
As this month is known for Women’s History, this week we recognize International Women's Day globally as a holiday celebrated annually on March 8 to commemorate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women. It is also a focal point in the women's rights movement, bringing attention to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence against women. Other significance for this day is: Civil awareness day; Women and girls day; Anti-sexism day; Anti-Discrimination Day.

Student Success Handbook!

This handbook is updated every year to include information about how we keep students and staff safe at school, along with resources for families to access as well as information on district procedures and policies. This handbook is also shared with students. Please take a moment to review and complete this as acknowledgement that you have received the handbook. Please reach out if you have any questions.
District Covid-19 Data
MSD Warren Township COVID-19 data will be updated and shared each Friday on our district website which can be accessed HERE. Included in this data are the number of positive cases by school/facility as well as the total number of individuals (students and staff) who were required to isolate or quarantine. Individuals that are in isolation may or may not have COVID-19 and may or may not have been exposed within Warren schools/facilities. Isolation and quarantine are used to slow the spread of COVID-19.
**These numbers do not mean that a school or facility is unsafe for students and staff, rather that precautionary steps are being taken to protect all students and staff. We will continue to communicate with staff and families if they are identified as a close contact to a positive COVID-19 case.

We may also want to tell the media (including newspapers, television, and radio) about your child's achievements. We never knowingly release information about a student to anyone who wants to use it for commercial/political purposes. However, we will honor your request to not include your child in these types of recognition if you notify your child's school office in writing that you do not want this type of information released.

New Student Information System-- Synergy
Warren is excited to announce that we have upgraded to a new student information system called Synergy. This means that our old parent portal, Tyler, will be going away. Instead, the parent portal will be upgraded to Synergy’s ParentVUE. ParentVUE is an online tool to help you monitor your student’s education. It allows you to update contact information and provides you with access to the latest information about your child’s attendance and scheduling. Our middle and high school families can view class assignments, report card grades, and course history with ParentVUE.
Once ParentVUE is available, parents who have a previous Tyler account will receive an email with instructions about setting up your new username and password. If you do not have a Tyler SIS account, please complete a registration form located on our parent portal webpage and return it to your school to begin the process of activating your account.
ParentVUE is a great way to stay connected with your student's school and track their academic progress. It also helps us stay in contact with you!
Chromebooks! Please Bring Your Device Daily!
In an attempt to keep students safe we are asking that students bring their individual devices from home to school daily. There will be no sharing of Chromebooks. Chromebooks will not be available in classrooms. Students will need to bring their devices, charging chords, and cases everyday to school.
