MANAGEMENT DESK
Positioning for growth – a look to the future!
Over the last year, you may have noticed that we’re taking steps to position ourselves for tremendous growth. We have been on a growth trajectory for the last several years and expect to see this continue as we move forward. We have been building out the Sales, IT and Procurement departments to support this growth as well as an increased focus on infrastructure. We have reinvented ourselves with a new website and a new logo and our upcoming Client Portal that will provide access to dashboards and metrics at our clients’ fingertips. Last but not least, we have a renewed focus on culture, community and every individual. With the addition of our HR function, our Administrative guru and your continued feedback, we are committed to making Resource Energy a best place to work!

They also will be appropriately credited in the next newsletter!
IN THE SPOTLIGHT - NEW FACES AT RESOURCE ENERGY!
James Van Fleet, Energy Manager
James started with us on June 10. He is from St. George, Utah which is a small city in the southwestern corner of the state (aka - the dessert.) He is married to Libby and has a blended family of 7 kids, ranging from 24-14. He grew up cheering for the 49ers and Raiders and the Giants and A’s. Since marrying a Marylander, he has become a Ravens and Orioles fan. His family loves anything outdoors. When he is not working or shuttling kids around, you will find him on a walk or run, watching a good TV show, or reading a good book or face-timing their kids and grandkids.
