James Van Fleet, Energy Manager
James started with us on June 10. He is from St. George, Utah which is a small city in the southwestern corner of the state (aka - the dessert.) He is married to Libby and has a blended family of 7 kids, ranging from 24-14. He grew up cheering for the 49ers and Raiders and the Giants and A’s. Since marrying a Marylander, he has become a Ravens and Orioles fan. His family loves anything outdoors. When he is not working or shuttling kids around, you will find him on a walk or run, watching a good TV show, or reading a good book or face-timing their kids and grandkids.
Tyler Roell, Energy Analyst
Tyler joined the company on June 3. He is a recent graduate of Penn State! Tyler is an identical twin to Tim. He also has two dogs, Leah and Harper - pictured below.
Josh Boline, Procurement Analyst
Josh joined the company on June 10 and has started off running in Procurement with Jason and Ethan! Josh is a Maryland native through and through – grew up and went to school here. He spends his summers going to O’s games and picking crabs and his winters watching the greatest team in football, the Baltimore Ravens.
Keri Janes, Senior Energy Analyst
Keri joined us on April 8. Keri is a HUGE Caps fan... has been since the late 80's. She has two siblings, a brother and sister. She currently lives with her sister's family and helps her tremendously. They have 6 dogs; Keagan, Sophie, Zack, Zoey, Kayla and Lexie. She loves skiing, hockey, and hanging out with friends and family. Fun fact: she is able to finish a 400 page book in 2 hours. (jealous!)
Kelsey Hamilton, Engineer
Kelsey joined us on May 1.She studied chemical engineering and physics at University of Virginia (go Hoos!). In fact she lives and telecommutes from Charlottesville. Her dog Milo is usually nearby while working. She went to Kenya on her honeymoon! She loves to travel, do crossfit and read.
JoAnne Smith, Talent Acquisition Manager
JoAnne joined us on April 29 and has not taken a breath since! She was born and raised in Maryland, one of three children.She is very close with her family. She has a two year old Chihuahua named Rey who, like her nieces and nephew, is spoiled rotten. (Rey's picture is below.) She loves swimming, reading, writing, tabletop games and all things Star Wars.
Kendra White, Operations Contractor
Kendra started on April 15. She works part time and telecommutes from Washington State north of Seattle. She grew up on a farm in South Dakota with 5 siblings. She is married to Christian and has a 3-year old daughter, Hannah, a dog, and a cat. They enjoy biking, reading, travelling and they have a big garden.

Running for a Cause
Some members of our team ran a 5K to benefit the Zaching Against Cancer Foundation! This foundation is a Maryland nonprofit which provides support to cancer patients, their caregivers, family members, and others affected by the disease. We helped raise $350 for the foundation!
