What Elements can your Audience See

Your audience can like your newsletter, share it with their friends, and even reach out to you through the elements that appear in your published newsletter.

In this guide, we'll go through all the options available for your recipients on the top and side toolbars.

Please note: You can always disable those options in the Newsletter Settings. For more information, please click HERE.

Share your Newsletter:

You can choose to send your Newsletter via Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter, or copying the Newsletter link.

The Translation feature:

With this feature, your recipients can translate your newsletter into multiple languages.

Please note that the Translation feature is only available on our Educator Pro plan and Smore for Teams.

Accessibility Feature:

Here you can change the font size and High Contract Mode

Edit Newsletter:

Here you can re-edit your newsletter if needed! Make sure to hit "Publish changes."

The Visitor and Reaction Button:

This button allows your visitors/recipients to like your newsletter.

Preview Button:

Here you can preview your Newsletter

Settings:

This feature allows you to make your newsletter private, public, and choose what your recipients can see.

Show Analytics:

This is where you can access your Analytics Report, and see how many people liked and viewed your newsletter.
