Mill Valley Weekly
Thursday, March 5th, 2020
Hello Mill Valley Families.
What a fun week of celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday and having guest readers in the classrooms. We captured some great moments in the photos below.
Yesterday at the Golden Award's assembly, we introduced the Gold Coin Incentive. During the month of March (5th-20th), students can earn kindness coins for being respectful and kind (in addition to paw prints). Staff will be handing out small gold coins for acts of kindness and respectful behavior shown. Coins will be collected and tallied by grade and displayed on a bulletin board in the hallway by the library. The grade level with the most coins at the end of the 2 weeks will get to pick the incentive day for the whole school to enjoy on March 31 after spring break. Incentive ideas could be pajama day, stuffed animal day, etc. So remind your children to be respectful and kind everyday!
