Illinois School Physicals and up-to-date immunizations must be submitted prior to the first day of school. Click here for specific grade-level requirements. Students who do not submit the required documentation will be excluded on the first day of school.

Miles of Smiles will be at Steele Elementary on May 15, 16, 17. If you would like your

student (s) to participate in the free Miles of Smiles Dental Program please click here to complete the consent form and return it to school. Forms may also be requested from the school office or nurse. All forms must be turned in to the School prior to the date of the event. If you already enrolled in the program during the registration process for the current school year, you do not need to complete the process again.”
