Hornet Hive Updates

Dear E.O. Green Parents and Guardians,

We are happy to welcome students back on campus for in-person learning. The first day of instruction will be immediately after Spring Break, April 19; 7/8th grade , if eligible per state and county guidelines.

We feel confident that we are prepared to receive your student for a two-day in-person instruction. Please review the Reopening Safety Summary listed below. It includes information about:

Student arrival and dismissal

Nutrition Times

Passing Periods/Traffic Flow

Health Evaluation Screening

Classroom Configuration

Student Classroom Materials

Bell Schedules etc.

We will have two student cohorts, group A and B. Group A will have in-person instruction on Monday and Wednesdays, student group B will have in-person instruction on Tuesday and Thursday. Fridays will be a remote learning day with 30-minutes of live interaction.

You will receive more detailed information regarding reopening our campus for our magnificent HORNET. Please stay tuned.

Friendly reminder that we have Spring Break from April 5 - 16th.

Future Trio Students,

Are you interested in joining TRIO? TRIO is a program offered at EO Green to help support students through their education. Students will receive important information about high school and college with consistent guidance over the years. If you are interested in TRIO, please fill out the form as soon as possible. Students already enrolled in TRIO don't need to fill out an application.

EO Green will be hosting our first Virtual Book Fair through Scholastic. The book fair will be from April 12-April 23. You will be able to explore books virtually to find your next great book. More information will follow as we get closer to the book fair.
