Ivan Green Weekly Update

Dear Ivan Green Families:

Did you know you can watch our Morning Show, too?! We send a recorded YouTube message each morning as our morning announcements. Mrs. Estes does a Mindfulness Monday segment on Mondays. I record Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We do a live show on Fridays. You can find archived shows on our YouTube channel @ivangreenprimaryschool9099.

Next week is a busy week at Ivan Green. Please take some time to review the Spirit Week schedule below. We are looking forward to the week, ending with Homecoming on Saturday, September 30. Those details are below, too. Finally, our first Coffee with the Principal is next week on Wednesday. See the graphic below for the details. We hope you can come!

October 6 - NO SCHOOL - School Improvement Day

October 9 - NO SCHOOL - Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day

It is required that you will be available to receive your K-2 aged student after school. If you are not at the drop-off location to greet your K-2 aged child when the bus arrives, we will keep your child on the bus. At the end of the run , we will return to your child’s stop. If we are still unable to drop your child, we will take them to Eastridge High School. You will be required to pick up your child there. Any subsequent occurrences of your child not being met at the bus stop will result in your child being taken directly to Eastridge High School at the end of the bus run. Please help us by being available to greet your child on time. If an emergency occurs, please contact us at 339-1526 prior to their drop off time.

The PTA is having a Spirit Wear Fundraiser to support all students at Ivan Green. All proceeds go back to our students and staff. Please consider viewing our flyer and website to see what we have to offer! The sale ends October 4th!
