Welcome to October!
Titan Families,
Welcome to October and hopefully some fall weather this week! This week we shine light on our custodial staff. Our head custodian is Ms. Suset. She joined us this year, and on her team is Ms. Cassandra and Ms. Andrea. Our campus provided a whole school letter/sign of appreciation at Titan Time on Monday, and throughout the week we encourage you to consider celebrating them in some unique way too for their service. Thank you so much in advance!
This week we also have an author visitor during specials times. Author, teacher, coach, and podcaster, Chris Ortiz, will be visiting our school on Wednesday. Every student will have the opportunity during their specials time to listen to his journey, hear him read one of his books, and interact with him during a Q&A session. It's sure to be an exciting event for all! If you are interested in any of his books, they can be found here. We are thrilled to have this opportunity thanks to the support of our PTA!
There are a few upcoming community events in October including our campus fall fest AND a feeder pattern volleyball game to showcase our River Place ES and Four Points MS partnership. Please continue to read on and calendar times for your family to engage. Should you need anything, please feel free to reach out to our front office team at 512-570-6900.
Take care and be well,
Dr. Amy Sharp
