If you want to take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery), please sign up in Mrs. McGhghy's office. The test will be on October 5th at 8:00 a.m. in the West Building. It is FREE to take! You must sign up by September 29th!

Project Graduation 2024 needs your help!!

Project Graduation started in 1996 and is a safe, fun-filled, ALL night celebration following graduation at the Simmons Center for our seniors!! Our goal is to provide lasting FUN memories for our seniors in a safe and alcohol/drug free environment!
Our goal is to raise $75,000 for this year’s Project Graduation.
We need your help with fundraising events throughout the year! Some of our past top fundraisers include: Senior Swing, Fall Golf Tournament, Christmas Crunch, Dinner and Auction at the Country Club, and restaurant nights in the spring.
We will also need help the night of the big event! These areas include: registration, games, food, prizes, decorations and security.
We will meet monthly on the second Sunday of the month.

Solicitation letter ASAP-This is our first big fundraising push! We send out letters throughout our community asking for donations. There are multiple sponsorship levels! Our goal is to get this letter out asap!
Moms dance-October 27. Stay tuned for practice times!!
Poster- parents traditionally hold up signs at the end of the dance. One side with a recent picture and the other with a baby/childhood pic. You can make this however you wish! Here are 2 local companies that make them. I am sure there are more, but we wanted to give a place to start.

Senior Swing-October 29- All day softball tournament, there are usually teams for each class, some parent teams, etc. Duties include, team registration, concessions, team shirts, and a few other things.
PG Golf Tourney-Date TBA- team fees, hole sponsorships, mulligans
Christmas Crunch- Sell November 25-December 8. Make crunch on December 9??
Dinner and Auction-TBA- Traditionally held in February, potentially looking at the 10th. Any conflicts?? Use theme and decor from last years prom, live auction items, silent auction items, menu, sell tables
