Good Evening Yowell Families,

Happy Fall! Suddenly things have cooled off and we have settled into the school year. Each week with the robo email there is a link to our weekly newsletter. In that newsletter, there are many different pieces of information for families. Just in case you've never opened the link let me share what you will find. The weekly lunch menu, resource schedule, pictures of lost and found, weekly calendar, spirit wear sales, and other timely information. Please take a minute each week to review the newsletter for any pertinent information.

This Friday is World Heart Day. We will have a RED spirit day for students and staff in recognition of World Heart Day.

If you would like to send in a check, please make it out to Yowell Elementary School and put "musical donation" in the memo line. Putting on a musical is very expensive so we appreciate all of the help we can get!

In an effort to assist schools and parents with current information about bus changes, transportation has added a new item on their website called: Transportation - Morning Update. The direct link can be found here.

We will be posting departure times for buses each day to assist parents with receiving their child from the bus stop. Please check this document each afternoon.

We are happy to have a School Resource Officer (SRO) this year at Yowell. You can contact Deputy Sinclair with any concerns you have with school safety or anything that would be related to criminal activity.
