Publish and Preview Your Newsletter

You've created your Smore newsletter!

Before you send it out, you would like to see how it will look to your audience?

In this guide, you will learn how to publish your edits and then preview your newsletter.

In order to preview your newsletter, you will first have to publish it by clicking on the "Publish Changes" button at the top of the Editor screen.

If you're worried that others might be able to access your newsletter now that you've published it, we recommend setting it as private. You can learn how to do so by clicking HERE.

Additionally, you can always edit your newsletter, even after you've published it. To edit your newsletter, open the newsletter in the Editor, make your changes, and then click "Publish."

After publishing your newsletter, you can preview it by clicking on the "Preview" button.

Q: Is there a way to preview the newsletter in mobile format?

A: At this time we do not offer a way to preview the mobile format directly through Smore. That being said, you can send yourself a test email of the newsletter and open it on your mobile device to see how your newsletter will appear.
