The Week Ahead...

Hello HCES family,

The end of the year is always bittersweet, but I think this year's end is a little sweeter! What a year!!

Grades must be verified no later than 9 am Monday morning (May 23, 2022).
EOY Checklists will be in your boxes by Tuesday morning.
We are eating in the classroom Monday-Wednesday (Wednesday will be regularly scheduled notice unless otherwise stated).

Leave:

Personal leave cannot be approved during the testing window (3/21-5/20). Even though we will not be testing the entire time, I still cannot approve personal leave during this window.

If you need to be out during these times, you will need to use sick leave.

Please remember that Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) must remain in backpacks. We know that you value instructional time and PEDs create distractions from learning. This includes cell phones, smart watches and any other electronic device not provided by HCS. Medical devices prescribed by a doctor are not PEDs.
