After two years of restrictions, Poway High School’s Best Pals is hosting the 2022 Best Pals Prom on Friday, May 13. Poway High’s Best Pals fosters one-on-one friendships between general education students and students with cognitive and/or intellectual disabilities. Our club meets every Thursday at lunch where we host a variety of games, activities, and epic dance parties in order to give these students a place to get to know each other better.

To host the Best Pals Prom, we’re asking for donations to help make this night a success. If you would like to make a donation for the Best Pals prom, please click here. Thank you for your support!

Titans, if you need help with math, free tutoring is offered every Wednesday during lunch in Room J-3, or from 2:45 - 3:45 pm in Room N3-201.

Hello Senior Families! Poway High together with the PHS PTSA is proud to share with you the plans for Grad Night 2022! Grad Night will be held at Belmont Park on the night of graduation, Thursday, June 9 from 10 pm - 2 am. Halo Headband Products located in Poway is looking for 1-2 more employees for flexible part-time positions. The positions needed are for product stickering and tagging.

No experience necessary, just hard workers with a good work attitude and ethics.

Teen Guide to Mental Health and Wellness

Starting in July 2022, people in crisis and those trying to help them will have a new three-digit phone number, 988, to reach the national suicide prevention network. Mental health experts are hoping that the three-digit number will deliver a breakthrough in assisting people in crisis who may otherwise try to harm themselves.

People who call, text, or chat 988 will be able to reach trained counselors who belong to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network.

For non-urgent matters on campus, Mrs. Struck, our Student Services Specialist, is in K25 to listen and answer questions in a safe atmosphere of acceptance, non-judgment, and confidentiality concerning a variety of life’s challenges. K25 is in the Counseling Building.

Registration will be held from August 9 - 11, 2022 at Poway High School.
