Potential Redevelopment of Underutilized District Properties

The Board's interest has been to investigate all potential underutilized District Properties as a means to develop additional general fund revenue. A narrowed discussion transpired as to the potential options presented with respect to Cinnabar, Lone Hill and the District Office site. While no Board action was taken at this meeting, there was direction by the Board to continue the discussion as there may be possibilities. The intent would be to continue the discussion and investigation with the possibility of preparing for potential city submittals by March 2023.
