Message from Principal Phelan
Dear Lowell,
There is no doubt, Mr. Chen gets the picture and video of the week! Thursday, Mr. Chen was taped to the gym wall at the Phillips Building by our K-2 students. I'm sure they came home to tell the tale of Mr. Chen being stuck to the wall. Luckily, Qi, he has to do it all over again on Friday at Lowell West.
With gratitude,
Stacy
