As a learning coach you will play a daily active role in your student’s education. Just like a teacher or school administrator your role is a critical piece of the puzzle to achieve academic success. This is especially true in an online schooling environment. It is important that every learning coach and parent understand their role in supporting their student in their virtual courses. You will have a learning coach account in the Online High School (OHS) where you will track your child’s progress and monitor their success. You do not have to be a technology expert; you simply need to be engaged in your student’s learning daily to provide oversight, accountability, and encouragement.
