Join Our Online English Lessons

The National Pedagogical Secretariat have initiated a week of online lessons to prepare students and teachers for continuity of learning in times of emergency. The lessons will take place between Feb. 1-4 during late afternoons.

Within this framework, three of our leading national counselors for English and Digital Pedagogy will be engaging students from all over the country, giving online lessons in different skills related to English learning for students on the Bagrut level.

• Any teacher who wishes to sign their students up, will be expected to accompany the class.
  
• Any teacher who wants to participate on her/his own to see how these lessons work, are invited to participate.

Veteran languages teacher, Google Teachers' Academy graduate and Digital Pedagogy counselor Eduardo Lina will engage your students in activities that will enrich their vocabularies in an entertaining way, while they participate with pupils from all over Israel!

Veteran teacher, teacher trainer, and leader in the national Digital Books project, Sigalit Arditi will lead your students through an activity that will afford them an opportunity to gain more practice for the Oral Bagrut! Students will practice for the general interview and present their projects. They'll record themselves and share in the group.

Twitter is a powerful tool which connects you to the rest of the world. Most Israelis are still not on Twitter, but they should be! Come join Adele Raemer, blogger, counselor, Social Media enthusiast and counselor for English and Digital Pedagogy, to learn the basics of what, why and how to take advantage of Twitter for international communication and advocacy.
