Below you will find the link to sign up to eat lunch with your students. Due to growth, we have a limited number of tables during each lunch period. Please sign up instead of just showing up for lunch.

Lunch with a Loved One

On Monday, September 11th we will have Lunch with Loved Ones. This event is for Grandparents, Parents, or that Special Person in our students' lives. Please limit the number of people that you invite so that we have space to fit everyone comfortably.

STAAR Scores

All STAAR/EOC results are now accessible through the Parent/Student Portal (https://www.texasassessment.gov/).

Once parents/students login, they will click the link titled "Texas Assessment".

This will link them directly to Texas Assessment Portal, and their child's scores.

Cafeteria Reminders

Charge Policy

Per Board policy, students are allowed to charge up to 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches if they have no money in their accounts. This is a total balance -$ 9.00. The system will not allow a negative balance to go past this amount. Once a child reaches the maximum allowed charge policy, they will then be offered an alternative meal. Parents are responsible to pay off the Negative and put money into their child's account to prevent the student from continuing to received the alternative meal. My staff will send out negative balance notices once a week and parents should be receiving Myschoolbucks notifications every Friday as well.

Alternative Meal:

This meal will consist of either a sun butter or turkey sandwich with the added components to make it a reimbursable meal. The alternative meal is also available to all students to help prevent any issues. This means any child, regardless of meal eligibility can choose the alternative entrée as part of their meal. My staff will notify students when they are getting close to the negative threshold and advise them to take the alternative meal the next day if negative balances are not paid off.

Reimbursable Meals

Students must select a minimum 3 meal components at least one of which must be a fruit or vegetable to make a reunsburable meal. There are certain entrees that cannot be broken down and my staff will let the students know about these. Example, chicken nuggets must go with a role to fulfill a grain component.

Need AISD T-Shirts??

District t-shirts are on sale now for $10! Shirts can be purchased through MySchoolBucks.com.

Shirts are limited but we will have new t-shirts ready in August.

Please remember:

Shirts must be picked up at campus front offices.
The front office will send you an email when the shirts are ready for pick up.
If you don't have a MySchoolBucks account, look for the student ID number on your child's report card to set one up.
New families can contact the front offices for assistance!
