Announcements and Reminders
- The Monster of the Month Community Meeting for January will be Friday 1/31. Nominate your Monster here.
- The 100th day is coming up, please cast your vote on how you'd like to celebrate below. Voting closes Wednesday.
- If you'd like to donate a grade level raffle basket to the GMSPA fundraiser, please let Dennis know by tomorrow (1/28) afternoon. Thank you to the grade levels who already donated!
- From Kristine: Please plan to have grade 1-8 family reports sent home on Friday, January 31st and kindergarten reports on Friday, February 14th.
- This week's grade level meeting focus is grade level choice. If you would Dennis or Michelle to attend your meeting, please let us know.
- WIDA Access testing is coming up in January. Some students may have to be pulled during core blocks to complete testing. Thank you for your understanding.
- iReady Winter benchmark window will open Jan 20-31 for kindergarten. Please remember to consult the Administration Guidelines for specifics on testing, accommodations, ELs, etc. Thank you!

Welcome back! It is that time of year again to do the Winter Literacy Assessments. In your mailbox you will find a copy of the Winter DIBELS Letter Naming Fluency (LNF) subtest. Please administer this one-minute task anytime between January 13th-28th and enter it into the DIBELS database by January 28th. We will be completing the Nonsense Word Fluency (NWF) subtest with your students. *Please see the email sent for your scheduled time. There will be no Title l support between January 13th-29th as we will be completing the testing across the district. If you need any help with administering or entering the data or if there are any conflicts with the schedule, please let us know.

DIBELS
Testing Window: January 13th-28th
Enter data into the DIBELS Database by January 28th
Title l Testing Schedule- Please let Nicole or Renee know if you have any schedule conflicts or if you have any questions about administering your subtest.
Classroom teachers and Title l teachers will administer the following subtests:
Kindergarten- LNF (Teachers), NWF (Title l)
Grade 1- ORF (Teachers), NWF (Title l)
Grade 2- ORF (Teachers), NWF (Title l)
*Title l may administer additional RAN tasks for students flagged on iReady*
Fundations Winter Dictation: Grades 1-2
Administer between January 20th- 31st
Input data into your Literacy Data Trackers by January 31st
*Please note: There will be no Title l groups during the DIBELS testing block from January 13th-January 28th. Title l will distribute the DIBELS and Fundations Dictation materials in your mailboxes after the December break. *
*iReady My Path weekly requirements are 30-49 minutes per week in each subject.
