Open House!

No registration required! come and learn about our Adult Career Training Programs including:

Practical Nursing
Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Medical Assistant
Medical Administrative Assistant
HVAC
Welding
Short-term programs including Phlebotomy and Nurse Aide
And many other programs!

Most programs begin in August or September of 2023.

Congratulations to the GACTC Adult Student of the Month, Michael Ross, of the EFDA program!

October Student of the Month!

Congratulations to the GACTC Adult Student of the Month for October, Rozlyn Mock of the Medical Assistant program!

Rozlyn's instructor noted that she is very engaged and a great addition to the class!

We all celebrate her outstanding performance!

Medical Assistant Recognition Week!

Our GACTC Medical Assistant class celebrated the week with a special lunch while adult students participated in a Medical Assistant trivia!

Halloween Fun!

Our adult students participated in fun Halloween activities during October!

Several students participated in a Pumpkin decorating contest at the school, while some of the Practical Nursing students participated at clinical sites!

Students and staff alike dressed in costumes in the Practical Nursing and EFDA programs, and all programs had their fill of candy!

Sara Murphy, 2022 Medical Assistant Graduate

“Mrs. Zurenko was the best thing about the MA program. She got to know me in a personal way and pushed me to succeed when I needed it. She taught me to be confident in myself and my education. This was a very demanding program, but Mrs. Zurenko was always willing to help in any way possible. I also learned so much about myself taking this program. I didn't know the medical field was for me until I took the chance. It was the best decision I could have made.”
