DON'T LOSE YOUR GOOGLE FILES
You will lose EVERYTHING on July 1 if you don't do this!
SENIORS: MOVE YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE FILES BEFORE JULY 1
After July 1, your granbyschools.org account will be deleted. Archive your files and move them to a personal Gmail account before then with Google Takeout.
You can't just "share" your school files because once the original author is deleted, the file is inaccessible.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Go to google.com/takeout
2. Choose which data you want to download--Google Drive, for sure!
3. Choose what format you want the new files to be downloaded as.
4. Download the .zip file to a home computer or flash drive or external hard drive.
