Stonybrook RedStorm ForecastMay 24, 2021

From Principal Smith

Dear Stonybrook parents and caregivers,

Monday, we begin our final week of the 2020-2021 school year. It is very important that your scholar attends each day that are scheduled to attend, 5th grade everyday, 6th-8th Black or Gold schedule. It is important for them to attend for academic and social reasons.

It is also important that your scholar spends some time each week reading or working on math. Here is a link to the Home Summer Learning resource.

Thursday and Friday of this week, students will be released at 2:55 PM. Please adjust your schedule to pick them up an hour earlier than normal or to ensure that someone is home to meet them.

Chromebooks

Students will bring their Chromebook home with them on the last day of school so that they can access the online learning options that is mentioned above.

21-22 Virtual Learning

We want to remind you that ALL Warren students will automatically be enrolled as IN-PERSON students for next school year.

It does not matter if students are fully virtual or attend school in-person now.

ALL students will be scheduled as IN-PERSON next year.

If you do not want your student to attend IN-PERSON classes next year, you MUST complete the 2021-2022 Virtual/Online Learning Program application.

The number of virtual seats for students is limited. Therefore, we encourage you to request a spot early before they all fill and you are placed on a waiting list.

If you are placed on the waitlist, your student MUST attend in-person until a virtual spot becomes available.

Have a wonderful week!

Mr. Smith
