Student Check out at Grand Nationals
Student check out is a simple, but absolutely critical process. Please keep in mind all of us will have been awake and going full speed since about 6am Saturday morning, so by 1am Sunday morning, we won't have a lot left in the tank. So, we are trying to make the process as easy for everyone as we can. At the bottom of this paragraph is a Google Form. If you are planning on checking your student out, or even just thinking about it, please fill out the Google Form. This will help us best plan so we can have an appropriate number of people on-hand to check students out in an effort to make it as expeditious as possible.
Also attached to this email is the student check out form. Every student being checked out must have one of these filled out. We will have copies available in Indy, but if you can print it and have it filled out and ready to turn in before you leave, that would make everything go a little faster.
Finally, you and your student are responsible for arranging to get their uniform and instrument back to Carrollton. Whether that means you are going to meet us at the high school Sunday evening or you have a trusted friend take care of it for you, please understand we won't be able to handle it for you.
If you have any questions about student check-out, reach out to Jess Gonzalez, our fabulous chaperone coordinator, at chaperones@hebronband.org

Drumline this week
We've got quite the week ahead with Grand Nationals! Our kiddos will get access to their Grand Nats huge snack bags Monday/Tuesday. They will be in Mr. Koch's office for pick up!
Message from Mr. Koch:
Right after we get back from Indy on Monday 11/13 we have band placement auditions. Students will have a time assigned to them anonymously from a proctor. Should run 2:15-6:30.
Volunteer Central
We are nearing the end of Marching Band season with an exciting finale in Indianapolis!
- Most volunteer signups for Grand Nats are full with the exception of Pit Crew! Pit Crew could still use a some more people to help unload the trucks in Indianapolis on Thursday, and help with performances on Friday and possibly Saturday. See signup for details!
- If you have any questions reach out to Nikki Wilson at volunteers@hebronband.org
Commemorative Senior Shirts Deadline THIS Sunday!
Senior band t-shirts are ready to order!
This is a great keepsake for both seniors and parents.
The shirts feature all four of the award-winning shows that the seniors have marched during their time with the Hebron band, as well as the name of each senior on the back.
Senior shirts are available to order at: stores.inksoft.com/hebronseniors
There is a short window of time to order so that the seniors will receive their shirts as soon as possible. If the timeline is an issue for anyone, please reach out to me and let me know. I want to make sure that every senior/family member who would like to order a senior shirt is able to.
The deadline to order is this Sunday, November 12th.
With this deadline, the shirts should be able to be ready on Friday, November 17th. I will share the details for t-shirt pickup as soon as they are finalized.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Amy Vitosh
