You can help your child prepare by making sure they:

• Get plenty of sleep
• Arrive to school on time each day
• Bring a fully charged Chromebook
• Discuss their STAAR review foldable with you each evening

Tennis players will need to report directly to Moore each testing day.

Our last General PTA meeting of the school year will be held on Tuesday, May 10th at noon in the Moore Library and also via Zoom meeting. We will be voting on our 2023-24 Executive Board, and will be accepting nominations for the two remaining positions to fill. If you would like to serve Moore next year, please join us to learn more about being an Executive Board member. We hope you can make it!

Dear Moore Family,

It's hard to believe we have entered the last month of the school year! The Moore PTA will be honoring our Teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, starting May 8th, and we need your help with a couple of things.

1) Gift Cards! (May 8th)

Please consider purchasing gift card(s) that will be distributed among all of our teachers. Last year we had a great selection of gift cards to places ranging from coffee shops to sandwich shops. Feel free to pick whatever type of gift card you think our teachers would appreciate, and drop them off at the front office by Monday, May 8th! If you would rather contribute a monetary donation for the PTA to use toward the purchase of gift cards, please Venmo your donation amount no later than May 8th, to our PTA Staff Appreciation Chair, Angela Ables: @Angela-Ables-2

2) Casseroles! (May 10th)

We will be providing a variety of casseroles for lunch for our teachers on Wednesday, May 10th. Please email Angela Ables at angela.ables@rocketmail.com to let her know what you will be bringing. They may be homemade or store bought! Please plan to drop off your casserole and serving utensils by 9:00am at the front office on Wednesday, May 10th.
