What is included with the Free Plan? What is included with the Free Plan?

When you sign up for the Smore Free Plan, you receive:

  • 3 total newsletter credits
  • 200 email credits that renew each month
  • Limited access to fonts, colors, and backgrounds
  • Limited access to newsletter analytics

How long will I have access to my Free account? How long will I have access to my Free account?

Forever. The basic Smore Free plan never expires. However, you will be prompted to upgrade if you use all of your Newsletter or Email Credits, or try to edit your newsletter after four weeks have passed.

What happens when I use my three Newsletter Credits? What happens when I use my three Newsletter Credits?

If you use all three Newsletter Credits, you will no longer be able to create additional newsletters.


Even if you end up deleting one of your newsletters while on the Free Plan, you will not get the Newsletter Credit added back to your account.


At any time, you can upgrade and receive unlimited Newsletter Credits.

What are newsletter edits? What are newsletter edits?

Newsletter edits are the number of times you can edit a newsletter in the draft form (draft means the newsletter has not been published yet).


Once the newsletter is published, you will only be able to edit the newsletter for four weeks.


For example:

  1. You published your newsletter
  2. You received ONE view on that newsletter
  3. Four weeks after publishing, you will not be able to edit that newsletter


At any point, you can upgrade your plan and have unlimited edits.

Yes. You will always be able to share your newsletters.
