Have you ever wondered what it takes to create and sustain a culture where
everyone feels connected, respected, and protected? This series of workshops
will help participants recognize how implicit biases affect our behavior in various
aspects of life. The Implicit Bias Professional Learning workshop explores bias,
formation, and regulation revealing impact at home, work, and in the community.
The Let's Talk About Race workshop delves into uncomfortable topics like implicit
bias, race, and ethnicity. Participants learn how these factors shape behavior and
follow protocols from "Courageous Conversations About Race" to navigate
difficult discussions. In our culminating workshop, school culture is examined and
formed by daily interactions that extend beyond classrooms. The School Culture
workshop helps identify and strengthen positive systems influencing relationships
among students, staff, and parents.
