Exact Path Tutoring
Therefore, students can return their device on Friday, June 1. Devices should not be coming home with students effective Friday, June 2.
If students will continue with Exact Path Tutoring over the summer, they will be provided a different device from technology.
Wellness Week
This week is Wellness Week. We will be encouraging students to eat lots of veggies and get lots of exercise. Each day will have a different theme, and there will be fun prizes and giveaways! Here are the week’s activities:
MONDAY: Go Screen-Free! Sign and Return the signed Screen-Free Pledge (below) to school. Everyone who returns a pledge will be entered into prize drawings(to be drawn on Friday)
TUESDAY: Try it Tuesday! Students will get to sample healthy alternative snacks during their lunch period.
WEDNESDAY: Well-Being Wednesday! Students can wear the color green for Mental Health Awareness month or wear clothes with a positive message or image to help promote positivity.
THURSDAY: Field Day-Thursday! Fun Outdoor Activities. Wear grade level colors, socks, sneakers and please don’t forget sunscreen.
FRIDAY: Feel Good Fri-yay! Express gratitude or kind words through thoughtful messages to friends, peers, teachers or staff.

Attention 5th Grade Parents - please submit your current, valid proof of residency in Caroline County to Mrs. Stafford. This is an important piece of your child's transition to Lockerman Middle School.

Order you 2022 -2023 Yearbook. Yearbooks will be available for pickup sometime in the summer.
Dress Code Reminders.
- Appropriate length shorts (mid-thigh) and leggings are acceptable.
- Tank or tube tops, shirts that do not cover the midriff, see-through clothing items, and spaghetti straps worn without a covering shirt are not appropriate for the school setting.
- Shoes or other appropriate footwear is required. Students should wear shoes that fit securely and are appropriate for the applicable school activity. Rubber flip flops, shower shoes, and bedroom slippers are not permitted.
- Hats, caps, sun visors, bandannas, sweatbands and other head coverings may not be worn inside the building. Head coverings for religious reasons or medical reasons are appropriate (with advance approval). Permission must be documented and submitted to the main office and a copy kept by the student wearing such a covering.

Enrollment Open for All New Students
April 4, 2023 – The enrollment process is open for eligible four year old PreK and Kindergarten students, and all other students new to Caroline County Public Schools.
(If you have a child who may be eligible for PreK-3, please visit the PreK-3 information section first for application information.)
Step 1 - To enroll a new student, please visit PowerSchool Online Enrollment. New users begin by using their email address to create an account and then proceeding through the process.
Step 2 - The school office will call the phone number provided in step 1 to schedule an appointment. During the appointment, the parent/guardian will provide documentation and finish the enrollment process.

We greatly appreciate parents/guardians reviewing their child’s lunch account balance frequently and making payments ahead of time as necessary to keep the account current. If your child’s account currently has a balance, please make a payment as soon as possible so we may operate our cafeteria budget in a responsible manner. If you need assistance with a payment plan, please call Food Services at 410.479.3261.
