School Supplies and iPads
New Hope students only need to bring their personal headphones or earbuds. All other school supplies are provided by the school district.
Dress Code
Students will not be allowed to bring any bags into New Hope Academy. Although NHA does not have a specified dress code, please dress appropriately for the learning environment.
Transportation
Student parking is located in front of the building and on the south side of the building. All students driving will need to purchase a $10 parking pass. Please make sure to bring your driver’s license and proof of insurance. Parking is first come first serve. Overflow parking is located on the backside of the building next to the tennis courts.
If your child will ride a Lubbock-Cooper ISD bus to/from school during the 2022-2023 school year, you must complete the Transportation Request Form found here.
Due to updated security protocols, this form must be completed for ALL CHILDREN who will ride an LCISD bus to/from school, even children who rode the bus last year.
You will need your child's Student ID Number to complete the form. Your child's Student ID Number is also their lunch number and may be familiar to them. If you and your child do not know your child's Student ID Number, you can find it in Skyward Family Access using the instructions found here: https://www.lcisd.net/page/find-a-student-id-number.
If you have any questions regarding bus transportation, please call New Hope Academy at 806-993-2323, and we can assist with any questions or concerns.
National School Lunch Program
Each year you must re-apply for The National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Please take the time today to apply online. This program has more benefits than just providing nutritious, low-cost, or free meals to students. Qualifying students are eligible for financial assistance for SAT fees and college application fee waivers.
The National School Lunch Program is a federally assisted meal program that provides nutritious, low-cost, or free meals to students in Texas public schools. If you believe your child may qualify for free or reduced-price school meals, please complete a school meal application to determine eligibility. You can apply online at: https://www.mealappnow.com/manlcp/splash.php
