President's message
Happy Spring!! With this burst of warm weather, I'm hoping spring has finally taken hold and we've seen the last of old-man winter.
We're about 3 weeks from our specialty in Timonium, MD on April 20th. Thank you to everyone who has donated toward the trophy fund and our online auction. What online auction? We have a few beardie items donated and our annual handler raffle has moved online this year. It's hosted at https://www.32auctions.com/organizations/39802/auctions/48402?t=all . Check it out! There's still some good deals out there.
In addition to our online auction, we'll again have a basket raffle at the show. This was extremely well received last year and wouldn't be possible without YOU! Please consider donating a themed basket or some items for us to put together a basket. The fundraising we for for ou specialty helps continue to allow us to host one of the BEST specialties in the country.
For those of you coming to the show, we will once again have reserved grooming and boxed lunches available for pre-order. Sandwich choices include: turkey, ham, tuna, or roast beef. In addition, lunches include chips, water, fruit and a cookie - all for just $10 each. Please send any grooming reservations and/or lunch reservations to ncbccpresident@gmail.com by April 1, 2018. Lunches can be prepaid via paypal to ncbcctreasurer@gmail.com.
