HAPPY 2024 Rockets!
Welcome back Rayburn Rockets! Our staff is so excited for this semester! We have seen so much growth and improvement thanks to the hard work and dedication of our teachers, students and parents and we plan for much more PROGRESS. This is a great time to sit with your child and review the goals they have set for themselves and assist them in creating positive habits and routines to accomplish those set goals. Goals are an important way to guide the direction of our focus and attention. Students should set academic goals, Accelerated Reader goals, and character development goals.
As always, I thank you for your continued support. Know that you can contact your child's teacher to schedule a conference to review your child's progress. Should you have any additional questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call the front office so that our leadership team can assist you.
Please help your child in meeting their goals by brining them to school everyday. Schedule any appointments outside the school day to avoid your child missing out on important lessons. If your child is out due to illness please make sure to submit the doctor's excuse as soon as possible. We wish all of our Rayburn community health and wellness this new year.
