Class of 2025 Registration Form
Incoming 9th graders will use the above Google Form to select and submit course requests for the 2021-2022 school year. Freshman Counselor, Ryan Smith will visit feeder middle schools in late January to walk students through the form and answer any questions they have.
The link will take you directly to this form. If you wish to fill out this form with your child you may do so, but please know that Mr. Smith will be meeting with students to complete the form as well. If the form is already completed we will simply check it over and answer any questions your child has. You can also use the form to have discussions with your child about what courses best fit their needs and interests.
If you do not attend a feeder middle school (Conrad Ball Middle School, High Plains School K-8, New Vision Charter School, or Bill Reed Middle School) Mr. Smith will not be coming to your school to assist.
